Ordering & Shipping
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our warehouse in Charlestown, Rhode Island. We hold US inventory of every product on the site — there's no overseas freight, no customs delay, no surprise duties.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within one to two business days. Ground transit times depend on your location — East Coast deliveries typically arrive in two to three business days, West Coast in four to five.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Our published prices reflect case quantities for most products. For pallet quantities or recurring purchase orders, contact us directly and we'll quote you.
Can I get a freight quote before placing an order?
Absolutely. For large orders, send us your shipping address and the quantities you're considering, and we'll work up freight options including LTL and pallet shipping.

What's the difference between a galvanized and a latex-coated hanger?
Galvanized hangers have a rust-resistant zinc coating ideal for high-humidity laundry environments — they won't bleed or stain garments. Latex-coated hangers add a non-slip rubber-like surface that grips fabrics, which is particularly useful for uniforms and items prone to slipping off the bar.
Are Mevo hangers compatible with automated finishing equipment?
Yes. Mevo hangers are dimensioned to industry-standard tolerances and work seamlessly with automated bagging systems, garment conveyors, and standard pant guards and shoulder supports.
What makes Rhino Bags different from a regular trash bag?
Rhino Bags are engineered for commercial laundry use — thicker gauge, reinforced seams, and sized for the specific volume needs of wash-dry-fold operations. They handle wet weight and rough handling that would tear a standard trash bag.
Can I order samples?
For prospective accounts evaluating a switch, yes — contact us with the products you're considering and we'll arrange samples.
Returns & Support
What's your return policy?
Unopened cases in resaleable condition may be returned within thirty days for a refund of the product cost. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a Mevo-America error. Chemicals and custom-printed garment bags are not returnable.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Photograph the damage before unpacking further, then contact us. We'll work with the carrier on a claim and get replacements out to you immediately — you should not have to wait on a freight claim to resolve.
