Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of mevo-america.com and any purchase you make from Mevo-America, LLC ("Mevo-America," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Who we sell to

Mevo-America sells primarily to commercial accounts — laundries, dry cleaners, hotels, uniform rental operations, and similar businesses. We also accept orders from individual customers. By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the entity on whose behalf you are ordering.

Pricing and orders

Prices on the site are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed when you complete checkout.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Mevo-America. We may decline or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or insufficient inventory. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you promptly.

Quantities shown reflect case or pack quantities as indicated on each product page. Please confirm pack size before ordering.

Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Approved commercial accounts may apply for net payment terms by contacting us directly. All sales are subject to applicable sales tax based on the shipping destination.

Shipping and risk of loss

Orders ship FOB Charlestown, Rhode Island. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession of the shipment. Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed.

If your shipment arrives damaged, photograph the damage before unpacking further and contact us within 5 business days so we can file a freight claim and ship replacements.

Returns

Unopened cases in resaleable condition may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery for refund of the product cost. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a Mevo-America error. Chemicals and custom-printed garment bags are final sale and not returnable.

Product information

We work to keep product descriptions, dimensions, gauges, and images accurate. Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing tolerances and photographic representation. If a product materially differs from its description, contact us and we will make it right.

Warranties and disclaimers

Mevo products carry the warranties extended by their manufacturer. Mevo-America does not extend additional express warranties beyond those of the manufacturer.

Except as expressly stated, products and the website are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mevo-America's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a product or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Mevo-America is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

Intellectual property

The Mevo and Mevo-America names, logos, and product photography are the property of their respective owners. Site content may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Rhode Island.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
